Specifications

• Exterior Grade - Exterior Grade doors are the best option to maintain your wine cellar environmental controls.
• Door Thickness - Doors are 2” thick
• Door Frames - Available in Full arch top, Soft arch top and Square top frames. Price doesn’t change with frame style!
• Powder Coating - All doors will be powder coated with flat black as the standard color.
• Wood Trim - We offer wood trim to match racking wood type for square, full arch and soft arch top doors. The wood can be stained midnight black to coordinate with the wrought iron finish options or stained to match your racking. (Matching iron trim is not available)
• Glass Clear - tempered glass with visible logo. Independent glass panes for ease of cleaning. Glass is 3/16" thick per pane with a 3/4" dual pane, low-E insulated glass unit. 6 glass upgrades available. Glass upgrades will be for 1 pane with the clear pane closest to the wrought iron.
• Sidelights & Transoms - Sidelights and transoms are also available.
• Wrought Iron - Grillwork is applied to exterior of door only.
• Threshold Standard - threshold is 1¼” high x 4”d. (non-negotiable)
  Thresholds are built into door with one side slightly angled. (door not available without threshold)
• Door Jamb - 4”d x 1 1/2” thick with a 1/8” -3/16” possible variance..
  A special quote is needed for door jambs other than standard 4". Non-standard jambs will extend the lead time along with adding additional charges. Jambs over 4" will be fabricated as wood extensions.
• Door Sweep - Door sweep is included. Weather Stripping Weather stripping is shipped separately and will need to be installed. Locksets Locksets are not included, but are pre-drilled for at the standard 2 - 1/8” bore size upon request.
• Door Hardware - Door hardware is included in the cost of the door. Hinges Hinges match the color of the door (Pewter, Rubbed Bronze, Gold Accent & Standard flat black). The hinges are solid, machined hinges and are vertically adjustable.
• Double Doors -
  • 1 door will be active and the other inactive.
  • The inactive leaf has latches at the top and bottom to hold it in place when it isn’t open or in use.
• Shipping/Installation - These doors will be drop-shipped via Team Air. Due to their weight, the shipping costs include lift-gate, inside delivery, and multiple men. To prevent breakage the glass is packaged separately from the door, but in the same crate.
  Since the doors are so heavy, a couple of people will be needed to assist with delivery and to assist the installer with the door.
• Lead Time - 4-6 weeks for a stock door (be sure to request current availability of stock doors), 10-12 weeks for a custom door.
